Refund & Return Policy
At Saptrang Studio, every artwork is handcrafted and made to order.
As each piece is created specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once artwork production has begun.
Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
• Photographs of the packaging
After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Custom Orders
Artworks created according to specific size, color, design, or framing requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable once work has started.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
